With a PhD in mechanical engineering and over 7 years of hands-on experience, I specialize in the design and development of mechanical systems and medical devices. Proven ability to translate innovative concepts into tangible assets using CAD modeling, simulation, and FEA analysis. Strong communication skills demonstrated through effective documentation. My expertise extends to the fields of system modeling, controls, and robotics. I've had the opportunities to design a variety of robots, from mobile robots to humanoid robots.
He started with working on modeling and controlling servo-pneumatic system at New Technology Research Center (NTRC) during his MSc. After that, background of designing various robots and vehicles combining with academic knowledge of control, led him joining the Bio-inspired lab as a researcher on humanoid robots. Among many other achievements in the study of controlling methods in robotics, he designed kid-size humanoid robot named KIARASH. He has validated his researches by publishing papers and participating in great competitions and awarded many honors in international champions (See Project section). Then he decided to employ his knowledge to help people who suffers from amputation or any other disability by study on assistive devices and he joint to Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Device Lab (REAL) to start his Ph.D. in field of biomedical science. He has designed a robotic prostheses and orthoses for lower-limb amputation. Moreover, he has worked on the identification of the human musculoskeletal system and made a subject-specific model using OpenSim to analyze human dynamics.
